1 General Terms & Conditions

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering multiplier (typically 5x–20x).

• Bonuses will be forfeited in cases of fraudulent or irregular betting patterns.

6 Betting Rules

Live Betting Special Conditions

• If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet remains valid provided it has been confirmed on the server.
• In the event of a dispute over a live event result, the official result will be considered final.

7 Fair Play Policy

Babu9 is committed to operating a fair and transparent platform. Any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Babu9 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• Access from a restricted country.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Request to self-exclude for responsible gambling purposes.

Any verified balance will be returned before an account is closed; however, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Babu9's liability for direct or indirect losses occurring through the platform is limited. babu9 will not be held responsible for the following:

• If a bet is not placed due to loss of internet connection.
• In the event of a delay caused by a third-party payment gateway failure.
• If account losses result from the user's own password being compromised.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues.
